You will experience unforgettable journey to Eagle valley or Yoliin Am – the deep and narrow gorge in the Gurvan Saikhan Mountains of southern Mongolia. The valley is named after the Lammergeier or in Mongolian language is Yol. Also you have an opportunity to explore red cliffs there you could find dinosaurs eggs and their remains. If you lover of desert landscapes you should explore singing sand dunes. All destinations in this tour have a wide variety of beautiful landscapes and in addition you could explore local rare animals such as Black Ibex, Asian wild ass, black tailed gazelle and steppe wolf.

1. Ulaanbaatar

Arrival in Ulaanbaatar. Meet our guide and driver at the airport. Transfer to hotel and check in.

Zaisan mountain for panoramic view of Ulaanbaatar. Overnight at hotel****.

In the foreground is the 100-year old Choijin Lama Temple. Behind it is the brand new Blue Sky Tower, which is currently condemed becuase the foundation is shifting.

2. Dalanzadgad City – Yol /The Valley Of The Eagles /

After breakfast flight to Dalanzadgad city and drive to Eagle valley.

Eagle valley or Yoliin Am is a deep and narrow gorge in the Gurvan Saikhan Mountains of southern Mongolia. The valley is named after the Lammergeyer or in Mongolian language is Yol. Lammergeier is an Old World vulture. The valley is found in the Zuun Saikhanii Nuruu (the Eastern Beauty) sub range of the Gurvansaikhan mountains.   You would enjoy 2 hour horse riding.

Overnight in ger camp.

3. Khongor Sand Dune

Drive to Khongor sand dunes well known as Singing Dune as dunes make sound like plane engine if it is windy day. Khongor sand dunes are the biggest one in Mongolia reaching 800 meters high. The sand dunes are 20 km wide and 100 km long. The Khongoryn River flows along the sand dunes and gives birth to oases. During dawn and sunset you could see the color changing of sand dune. You will enjoy 1 hour camel riding.

4. Bayanzag – Flaming Cliffs

Drive to Bayanzag, known as Flaming cliffs. The red cliffs were on the sea bottom in ancient times and still have petrified bones and eggs of dinosaurs from 60 million years ago. Bayanzag is an important site for both archeologically and paleontological findings. Complete dinosaur skeletons and eggs are excavated from red cliffs, which look like fire. American explorer Roy Chapman Andrew had discovered this area in early 20 century and getting famous all over the world. If you see carefully, you could find piece of dinosaur bone and dinosaur egg. In the afternoon, short hiking around Gobi desert. South Gobi has an oasis and most beautiful mountains Nemegt , Altan mountains and wide steppes and valleys with exotic wild animals like Asian wild ass, black tailed gazelle and steppe wolf.

5. Three Camel Lodge

Drive to Luxury Camp of Three Camel lodge. Traditional Mongolian hospitality and providing the highest standard of service.

6. Chinggis Khaan’s Statue Complex And 13th Century National Park

After breakfast drive to Dalanzadgad airport . Domestic Flight to

Ulaanbaatar and check in at hotel****. Drive to Chinggis Khaan’s Statue Complex and 13th Century National Park. Back to Ulaanbaatar.

7. Departure

Check out hotel and transfer to airport. Tour ends.
